Inaugurazione delle Stanze della Disconnessione DIFAR

Friday 6 March 2026, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, at the Department of Pharmacy in Viale Cembrano 4, Genoa, the initiative titled “New Spaces for Wellbeing in the University” will be held, dedicated to the inauguration of the Disconnection Rooms.

The event represents a significant moment for the university community, with the goal of promoting wellbeing, the quality of academic life, and greater attention to psychophysical health within the University. The event is promoted by the Department of Pharmacy with the support of the PRISMA Project and the patronage of the Single Guarantee Committee and Equal Opportunities Committee.

The initiative fits into a broader path aimed at fostering moments of pause, awareness, and rebalancing relative to the intense rhythms of academic and working life. In a university context increasingly exposed to high cognitive loads and constant digital connection, these spaces intend to offer a protected environment in which students, professors, and staff can carve out moments of decompression, recovery of attention, and self-care. A shared commitment also within the Third Mission initiatives of the University to build a more inclusive university environment attentive to people's needs.
