Committe's Actions

The Committee for Equal Opportunities plays an active role in promoting well-being and inclusion within the University, fostering non-discrimination and initiating as well as supporting various activities aimed at protecting its diverse members. The Committee is also actively involved in promoting all actions aimed at workplace well-being and inclusion.

The Committee for Equal Opportunities has advisory and consultative functions:

  • It drafts or contributes to the preparation of various documents to ensure full inclusion within the University
  • It promotes campaigns for inclusion and equality
  • It proposes measures and actions aimed at preventing and combating all forms of discrimination
  • It disseminates best practices and initiatives for non-discrimination
